In the event of the purchase of goods as a gift, Tuff Bullbars Pty Ltd will need verification of the recipient’s name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.

Return Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you.
You should return a copy of the receipt printed off at the time of purchase along with the returned items.
Please contact us in advance of sending items to be returned to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Shipments received without an RA number clearly stated on the outside of the box will be rejected and returned to their sender. Freight to Tuff Bullbars Pty Ltd is the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure the item is adequately insured when shipping.
